Under Senate Order 192 of 2001, agencies are required to list all contracts entered into which are to the value of $100,000 or greater.
The Senate Order is produced at the conclusion of two reporting periods (period) each year, Financial Year and Calendar Year.

- 2023 calendar year
- 2022-23 financial year
- 2022 calendar year
- 2021-22 financial year
- 2021 calendar year
- 2020-21 financial year
- 2020 calendar year
- 2019-20 financial year.
The accountable authority of the Asbestos and Silica Safety and Eradication Agency has assured that the listed contracts do not contain any inappropriate confidentiality provisions.
The Asbestos and Silica Safety and Eradication Agency does not have any ‘non-procurement’ contracts to report in those periods.
The estimated cost of complying with the order is $400, based on the estimated time involved to collect, analyse and compile the information and applying salary costs and on-costs.
