Australian Public Service Employee Census

The APS employee census is an annual opinion survey. The Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) sends it to all APS employees between May and June each year.

It collects information on important workforce issues, such as:

  • job satisfaction
  • employee engagement
  • performance management
  • leadership
  • general impressions of the APS.
