The Mugga 2 Quarry is managed by REMONDIS and handles the safe disposal of certified soil removed from construction and demolition projects. The quarry will accept Asbestos Contaminated Material (ACM).
An ACT NoWaste commercial waste credit account is required for disposals at Mugga 2 Quarry. For information on opening an account, please contact TCCS.NoWasteAccounts@act.gov.au.
Friable asbestos can only be disposed of at: Mitchell Resource Management Centre and Mugga Lane Resource Management Centre.
