More than 100 kilograms or 10 square metres of asbestos waste requires the person transporting the load to the landfill to create a unique consignment number and report it to the EPA using WasteLocate
Conditions:
Only accepts asbestos from residents if it is non-friable (bonded) asbestos and weighs less than 100kg - Ensure asbestos waste has been wetted, double wrapped in 200 micron thick plastic, and sealed with tape
