This report examines the current disclosure requirements applying to residential properties that may contain asbestos at point of sale or lease and the effectiveness of various disclosure regimes. Non-intrusive artificial intelligence, including Google Street view, aerial and satellite imagery, will be used to identify ACMs in external wall cladding in structures, ACM roofs and asbestos waste dumps.
