Contract Listing (Murray Motion)
Under Senate Continuing Order 13, agencies are required to list all contracts entered into which are to the value of $100,000 or greater.
The Senate Order is produced at the conclusion of two reporting periods (period) each year, Financial Year and Calendar Year.

The accountable authority of the Asbestos and Silica Safety and Eradication Agency has assured that the listed contracts do not contain any inappropriate confidentiality provisions.
The estimated cost of complying with the order is $400, based on the estimated time involved to collect, analyse and compile the information and applying salary costs and on-costs.

Under Senate Continuing Order Number 12, agencies are required to publish a list of the titles of all relevant files, including new parts of existing files, created in the preceding six months commencing on 1 January and on 1 July.
Relevant files are files relating to the policy advising function of the agency, such as matters of public administration.
