The Asbestos and Silica Safety and Eradication Agency (ASSEA) monitors the implementation of the ANSP and reports on progress, consistent with requirements in the Asbestos and Silica Safety and Eradication Agency Act 2013.
The first report for the phase three ANSP will cover progress made by the Commonwealth, state and territory governments in implementing the plan from 1 January 2024 until 30 June 2025.
The first report will be published here in the first quarter of the 2026 calendar year.
