An update to the National Residential Asbestos Heatmap, a resource developed for government stakeholders, is almost here! Version 2.1 has been produced using improved prediction methods, as well as additional asbestos data and the latest predictor data.

The main aim of the Asbestos Management Review 2012 (AMR) was ‘to make recommendations for the development of a national strategic plan to improve asbestos awareness and management’. While the AMR recommendations laid the foundations for a nationwide response to asbestos management, they necessarily have been, and continue to be, refined in their implementation.

ASEA collected feedback on the draft phase three ANSP over the September and October 2023 consultation period. This infographic summarises the comments we received through workshops, webinars, written submissions and survey responses, that all helped formulate the version of the phase three ANSP.
