The Asbestos and Silica Safety and Eradication Council (ASSEC), provides advice to the Minister and to the CEO of the Asbestos and Silica Safety and Eradication Agency (ASSEA) on the National Strategic Plans for Asbestos and Silica Management and Awareness.
